Gummy or capsule? Why both answers are out there
Older listings describe a capsule and current ones a gummy. Which to believe, and why the physical bottle settles it.

Search for this product and you will find descriptions of a capsule and descriptions of a gummy, sometimes on pages published weeks apart. It is a fair thing to be confused by.
The current official description is a once-daily gummy, 30 gummies to a bottle. The capsule references appear to be older material that was never taken down — a common enough thing when a product is reformulated or repackaged and the affiliate copy lags behind.
There is a rule that settles this and every question like it: the physical bottle wins. Its label carries the serving format, the directions and the Supplement Facts panel, and all three outrank anything written on a website, this one included.
It is worth knowing why this happens so often in this category. Affiliate pages, review posts and marketplace listings are usually written once and left alone. A brand that moves from a capsule to a gummy updates its own store and its own label, but it has no way to reach back into every page somebody else wrote about it two years ago. The old description simply keeps ranking.
The practical consequence is small but real: if you order expecting a capsule and a gummy arrives, nothing has gone wrong with your order. The serving is one gummy a day either way, and the directions on the bottle are the ones to follow.
